About the Job

This role involves operating and monitoring high-powered, fast-moving production equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment to maintain efficient production flow.
  • Adhere to all FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies to ensure compliance and product quality.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct quality checks and document production data to ensure consistency and compliance with specifications.
  • Follow strict safety protocols and report any safety hazards, malfunctions, or deviations immediately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within an FDA-regulated industry.
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot high-speed machinery and automated equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
