About the job

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Technical Consultant, you will provide technical expertise to design, develop, and implement custom solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP Supply Chain modules such as Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Costing. You will collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization. Less than 10% travel is required. This position has no personnel management responsibilities. The normal shift is 40 hours per week with periodic extended hours as needed. This position may be assigned other duties as determined by the Supervisor.

Essential Functions

  • Develop and maintain custom RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) for Oracle Fusion SCM modules
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
  • Support data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, and validation for SCM modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion SCM applications
  • Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and performance benchmarks
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities
  • Provide post-go-live technical support and enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM modules
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion data models and technical architecture?
  • Familiarity with SCM module structures and their integration points
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • General awareness knowledge of the ISO9001 Quality Management System requirements, company Quality Policy and your contributions to the effectiveness of the QMS
  • Responsible for being knowledgeable of and acting in strict accordance with the requirements of all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies, including, among other areas, Food and Drug Administration regulations
